National Commission for Women (NCW) has issued advisory for Annual POSH Audit by organizations employing 10 or more persons and mandatory constitution of Internal Committee (IC) when employing 10 or more persons. NCW has also reiterated practices and provisions to be followed for implementation of POSH Act which is applicable to all establishments in India.
