Are the administrative expenses incurred not considered expenses in the FC-4?

Dear Sir,

Are the administrative expenses incurred in the 2024-2025 financial year not considered expenses in the FC-4? Please help us file the FC-4 on time. The FC-4 format and the auditor’s certificate will display different closing balances.

Thanks Nirbhay and I have explained to you this today in our call.

In FY 24-25, if you have not been able to utilise the 20% admin expenses entitlement, it can be carried forward to subsequent year and utilised. There is a table included in clause 4(iv) of FC 4 now where the carry forward can be presented. The auditor’s certificate will not show different nos because it has to be based on R&P statement which is also the case for reporting in FC4. Please use the revised CA certificate template for reporting in FC 4 for FY 24-25.
