If total income is above threshold of Rs.2.5 lakhs in a financial year and organization is registered under Section 12A of Income Tax Act, audit of books by a CA, Form 10B/BB Audit Report and ITR 7 Income Tax Return has to be filed for respective financial year within due dates.
