Bodhan: An online course on statutory and regulatory compliance for NGOs

Greetings from Saathi Development Services LLP, your capacity building partner for institutional strengthening.

We announce a new batch of Bodhan-an online course on statutory and regulatory compliance for NGOs to strengthen knowledge on compliance issues for NGOs which are becoming very challenging in the current statutory and regulatory landscape. The details are provided in the leaflet attached. The course begins from 25th April 2025 and consists of 8 sessions/webinars @1 webinar per week. The course has been modified to include new laws and a full year’s compliance calendar for NGOs for FY 2025-26. We will also provide all latest updates in various regulatory areas of our NGO work to help you be aware and updated with latest changes.

Please note that this is a unique course on strengthening institutional capacity of NGOs and will provide a 360 degree view on regulation and compliance exclusively for NGOs. The course fee is:

  1. For NGOs: Rs.4000/- plus GST for 2 participants i.e. Rs.4720/-, additional participant beyond 2 entails fee of Rs.2000 plus GST i.e. Rs.2360/- per participant.
  2. Individual participants: Rs.2500/- plus GST i.e. Rs.2950/- per participant. Interested NGOs/individual participants may fill the registration cum payment form attached and mail the same providing details of participants and payment latest by 31st March 2025 to saathidevelopment@gmail.com.

We strongly recommend that this course meant only for NGOs be taken by NGOs to improve their institutional capacity which is very essential today. We also assure you that the course will bring great benefits for your staff in terms of work and understanding of institutional issues of our NGOs.
