Greetings from Saathi Development Services LLP, your capacity building partner on institutional strengthening. This mail is in English and Hindi language to help both English and Hindi medium participants.
Since many NGOs could not join the previous batch due to year-end holidays and have shown keen interest, we announce a NEW batch (separately in English and Hindi on demand) of the short online course under Bodhan-‘New Labor Codes for NGOs and How to be Ready’. Complete course details comprising of 2 sessions is provided in the leaflet attached. The English medium course will be held on 2nd and 3rd February 2026 while the Hindi medium course will be held on 4th and 5th February 2026 between 2.30-4.30 PM.
The course is a unique opportunity to understand new Labor Codes and make changes in your organisation’s policy, implementation and compliances. The course is meant for NGO team-Chief functionary, HR and Finance staff. The course fee is Rs.1500/- plus GST i.e. Rs.1770/- per participant. Interested NGOs/individual participants may fill the registration cum payment form attached and mail the same providing details of participants and payment latest by 31st January 2026 to saathidevelopment@gmail.com. Please do indicate your language preference in the Registration form.

चूँकि साल के अंत में छुट्टियों के कारण अनेक एनजीओ पिछले बैच में सम्मिलित नहीं हो पाए थे, मगर उन्होंने गहरी रुचि दिखाई है, अतः हम “बोधन” के तहत ‘एनजीओ हेतु नवीन श्रम संहिता एवं उसकी तैयारी’ विषय पर एक नये छोटे ऑनलाइन बैच (आपके चाहेनुसार अंग्रेज़ी एवं हिंदी बैच) की घोषणा करते हैं। इस दो सत्रीय संपूर्ण कोर्स का विवरण संलग्न लीफलेट में दिया गया है। इस प्रकार अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम का कोर्स 2 व 3 फरवरी 2026 को आयोजित होगा, जबकि हिंदी माध्यम का कोर्स 4 व 5 फरवरी 2026 को दोपहर 2:30 से 4:30 बजे तक आयोजित होगा।
यह कोर्स नई श्रम संहिताओं को समझने तथा आपके संगठन की नीतियों, क्रियान्वयन एवं अनुपालन में आवश्यक परिवर्तन करने का एक विशिष्ट अवसर है। यह कोर्स एनजीओ की टीम जिसमें मुख्य कार्यकारी, एचआर एवं वित्तीय कर्मियों के लिए विशेष रूप से तैयार किया गया है। कोर्स की फीस प्रति प्रतिभागी 1500/- रूपये + जीएसटी अर्थात 1770/- रूपये है। इच्छुक एनजीओ/व्यक्तिगत प्रतिभागी संलग्न पंजीकरण मय भुगतान प्रपत्र भरकर, प्रतिभागियों एवं भुगतान का विवरण 31 जनवरी 2026 तक saathidevelopment@gmail.com पर प्रेषित कर सकते हैं। कृपया पंजीकरण प्रपत्र में अपनी भाषा की वरीयता आवश्यक रूप से अंकित करें।
