Can someone give me good CA/CS firm that has expertise in NPO and can help me with statutory compliance of my newly approved Section 8

Thanks Vaibhav for your query. We do not suggest/recommend practising professionals on this forum. What is suggested is that the professional should

a. Have reasonable level of NPO practise as a condition precedent to selection, this should be non negotiable

b. Be upto date with changes in all NPO related laws which are fast changing and complex including S8 compliance under Companies Act.

c. Proactive on timely reporting compliances including renewals etc.

d. Feedback from references about a professional before selection.
