If the office is owned and does not entail rentals, better not to charge venue cost for trainings.
If the office is rented and the designated training hall is fully equipped for training/workshops, venue cost per training day maybe recovered. This cost should be reasonable and commensurate with costs for similar infrastructure in Nashik. The project budget must have this arrangement factored in so that when the amount is transferred to PA, there is no donor disallowance. Ensure proper accoutning and treat this as incidental business income ideally.
We note a lot of organizations practising this. What is important is-is the infra comparable to what is required and available elsewhere, is cost reasonable and competitive vis-a-vis the marketplace.
