The program helps founders, CEOs, CFOs, finance heads and other senior leaders of social purpose organisations strengthen compliance, financial accountability, board effectiveness and internal governance. Participants apply their learning to a priority in their own organisation through a workplace governance project, with access to need-based 1:1 mentoring.
