Hi, We are finding it difficult to get Bank Statements (Stamped/Signed) from SBI FCRA division. We sent email. We are not able to reach them on phone. Could you please suggest how to get the statements?
The required document required is
Statement of Account from Bank duly certified by officer of such bank.
Since there is no revision of FC4 possible, better followup with SBI NDMB since certified statement will be required. The reason is that everyone must be following with SBI NDMB FCRA branch which handles 16500+ FCRA accounts and everyone must be asking for the statement now.
If nothing works and 31st December is due, if you have good contacts, then approach SBI home branch of your city, get the statement downloaded, certified by the branch incharge and submit.
Want to also understand how audited financials for FY 24-25 of your NGO were finalized without a formal bank statement (issued by FCRA branch) for the FCRA account in the first place.
