FC-3C renewal application doubts

My query is regarding the FC-3C renewal application, specifically Questions 7(e) and 7(f).

In Question 7(e), are we required to declare whether any of the Board members/office bearers are associated with any other association or organisation?

Similarly, in Question 7(f), are we required to declare whether any current key functionary of our organisation is also associated with another person/association against whom an order under Section 13 or Section 14 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 has been passed?

7(e)-details of any other FCRA registered association in which he/she is key functionary

7(f)-whether he/she is a key functionary in an organization where order for suspension (S.13) or cancellation (S.14) under FCRA has been passed

Please note that ‘key functionary’ has been specifically defined vide OG dated 22.6.2026
