Hello Sir. After getting the renewal extension notice, we tried to renew our registration, but it still showing registration ceased.

Since the registration has ceased, please apply for fresh registration in Form FC 3A and registration would be granted after due process of inquiry by MHA.

Can we use the same bank account that we opened earlier … There was no fund we availed under that account..

MHA does not issue renewal extension notice, it must have communicated that your renewal has ceased not having applied within limitation. Since registration has ceased, you can file fresh application for registration in Form FC 3A. If cessation is recent, you can apply for condonation with requisite fees if cessation has not crossed a period of one eyar.
