Vide Official Gazette dated 29th May 2026, Ministry of Employment & Labour has fixed Rs.15,000 per month as the wage ceiling for the purposes of becoming a member under Chapter III-EPF under the SS Code. The wage ceiling as in repealed EPF & MP Act 1952 has been kept unchanged. Please note that this ceiling is for Wage as per Code on Wages.
