A FCRA registered Organisation, recently, changed the position of president within the existing board members of organisation. There is no any addition - deletion of members. Does FC 6E need to be filled? if yes, what is the process to be followed and what documents required to comply the same.
The interpretation of word “Change” is in comparison to the original application for registration/prior permission which also includes Designation of key members. Therefore, even though there is no change in terms of addition/deletion, change in details between original application and what exists in present requires filing of Form FC 6E within 45 days from the date of resolution by the Governing Body/Board.
