Pls clarify whether is there any validity period for renewal of CSR???

Or

Once getting registration, the same will be continued

Presently, there is no renewal requirement for CSR registration. The CSR registration no issued to you against submission of Form CSR-1 is valid without any expiry date under the present provisions of the Companies Act and Companies (CSR Policy) Rules.

Hi Sharad, we currently have filed for 2 ITRs : 2023-24; 2024-25. When do we need/ what is the period when we need to file CSR Form 1

Vero, if WEN has 3 year track record of activities and a valid 12A registration and 80G approval, CSR 1 Form can be filed anytime with MCA. Registration that is granted does not have a validity period as of now.

The ITR deadline for AY 25-26 (FY 24-25) is revised to 10th December 2025 FYI.
