We are looking to apply for the 12A/80G. We are stuck in the last step of uploading the documents for a provisional registration via form 10A.
What documents are we meant to upload for the financial statement of past 3 years? Our org has been registered for 3 months only. Can you help with this?

Upload financial statements only from your date of incorporation/registration.
Documents usually needed - balance sheet, income and expenditure, receipts and payments accounts, and all/any relevant schedules.
Is there anything else we can help with?
You can apply for provisional registration If your organization has been registered but has not commenced charitable activity i.e. no expenditure made on operations. In that case there are no financials to upload, please submit 10A accordingly.
