The Ministry of Company Affairs has substituted the existing Form CSR 1 with a new one effective 14.7.2025. The Form contains more reporting details and covers 10(23C) entities also. Existing NGOs who have a CSR 1 registration are not required to resubmit based on reading of the Official Gazette Notification dated 7.7.2025 attached. The 3 year track record for NGOs to apply CSR 1 continues.
