Hello, When we generate affidavits from FCRA portal for Key functionary, it automatically feeds date of affidavit. In this case, is it necessary to generate affidavit on the date when my key functionary is available to visit notary office ? or i can send them generated affidavits with datestamp and they can buy a stamp paper after that date and notary officer verified and stamped with actual date on the same ? ?
We understand you are talking about Affidavit of individual key functionary in Proforma AA. The format is available in our post on Forum dated 18th July 2025, please see. The format needs to be printed on NJ stamp paper of Rs.10/- purchased in state where the key functionary is residing and notarised and uploaded with Form FC 3A or 3C or 6E as the case maybe.
Please confirm if this is your question. The declaration and undertaking by Chief Functionary in FC 3A or 3C is not required on NJ paper or notarised.
