I had one query, what is the difference between12A(a) and 12AA? And is 12AB the latest of 12AA?
Our Institute is 12A(a) registered in 2003-04 and later renewed by form 10AC in 2022. So now for renewal whether filling 10AB form is correct?

Yes, Form 10AB is the correct form for your next renewal.
When you re-registered in 2022 (and received the order in Form 10AC), you successfully moved from the old system to the new 12AB system.
Your Next Step: You must file Form 10AB to renew your registration. Make sure to do this at least six months before your current 5-year registration expires.
Thank you so much. One more query
Our Institute is 80G registered in 2008-09 and we have been said by our consultant that it is perpetual & no need to renew.
Hence We have never renewed it …pls guide on this
Under the old system, the 80G certificate was a one-time, permanent approval, so there was never a need to renew it after you received it. However, the law has now changed.
Your old 80G approval, regardless of when it was issued, is no longer valid. Every organization was required to re-register to move to the new 5-year renewal system.
Since that deadline was missed, you must now apply for a completely new 80G approval by filing Form 10AB as soon as possible.
