Revamped portal of FCRA

MHA has revamped the FCRA portal www.fcra.online.nic.in. On the landing page, there are three segments

a. Foreign Hospitality-Form FC 2

b. New Registration-

  • Form FC 3A-Fresh Registration

  • Form FC 3B-Prior Permission

  • Form FC 3BB-New form-Request for second/subsequent instalment under Prior Permission granted in response to Form FC 3B

c. Registered Associations

  • Form FC 3C-Renewal of registration

  • Form FC 4-Annual Return

  • Form FC 6 series (6A-6F) for following changes

  • Form FC 6A-Name and/or address within the state of the Association

  • Form FC 6B-Nature, Aims and objectives and registration with local/relevant authorities

  • Form FC 6C: Intimation on opening FCRA Account (first tier) with SBI New Delhi Main Branch and for change of Other FCRA account (second tier)

  • Form FC 6D: Additional FC utilization bank account for the purpose of utilization of FC (third tier)

  • Form FC 6E-Change in Key functionaries of the Association. Form FC 6F (new form and Live now): Change of purpose/state or union territories in the certificate of registration. Existing registered associations can file FC 6F now and upto 21.6.2027. If your renewal is due soon, please file immediately.

  • FC7: Surrender of certificate of registration

Revision application under Section 32 of FCRA for Orders passed (can be made only once for a particular order and cannot be responded to once decision on revision petition has been made by MHA)

All the Forms have been updated for changes made upto June 2026 when FCRA Amendment Rules were notified.
