Section 8 companies compliance list?
We have not compiled a book for compliance with the constitution laws. We are considering a book covering different forms of entities for charitable work in India, pros and cons, governance and reporting compliances under respective constitution law. Thanks for sharing, we will work on this.

Regarding filings, you have to file INC-20A, AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DPT-3, and DIR-3 KYC. Maintaining documents like minutes, etc., is a long topic.
