Change of registered office address will require (a) intimation and compliance to your constitutional authority i.e. Registrar of Society/Charity Commissioner/ROC with resolution passed by General Body (b) file for PAN correction/change due to change in registered office address and (c) if registered under FCRA, intimate in Form FC 6A to be approved by MHA. If the change of address is beyond your jurisdictional CIT, obtain prior approval is required from CIT before change in address.
