Now my organisation is having renewal and while we are filling details we observed the utilisation account is not added in our account, before the modulation utilisation account we added and every year we are filing FC4 but now it is not there, again have to add utilisation account or what to do please let me know.
- Please attach MHA approval of FC 6D (for the relevant FC utilization account you do not find auto populated in 3C) as attachment (there will not be separate space, so add with the mandatory documents) with a note/letter stating that the account is not mapped in FC 3C and this error maybe corrected.
- Raise a ticket on helpdesk.fcraonline.gov.in as a grievance and the MHA would act to correct the systems problem.
