If any NGO Registered under section 8 changes name then what’s the process of updating details in CSR 1 form?
If you have an existing CSR 1 registration and subsequently there is change of name, get the incorporation certificate with new name and file a fresh CSR 1 with MCA with the new name CIN remaining the same and receive a new CSR 1 registration with the changed name.
