For Section 8 companies please inform about ADT-1 which indicates EPF and ESI.
Can you provide the format for doing the same.
ADT-1 is filed with ROC by section 8 company for appointment or re-appointment of statutory auditor within 15 days of AGM where such resolution has been passed. This e-form has to be filed on MCA portal enclosing consent of auditor, eligibility certificate and Board Resolution (BR).
As we read your question which mentions EPF and ESI, here registration has to be done separately and annual return for EPF with EPFO and half yearly return for ESI has to be furnished to ESIC.
We cannot understand the question properly since ADT-1 is not related to EPF and ESI. Please let us know the precise query.
