Need POSH annual report format

In Delhi where to submit POSH annual report, is there any format for the same ?
Also we have projects in Uttar Pradesh, so we have to submit reports there also

Thanks for your query.

  1. Annual Report for the organisation has to be submitted by ICC to the District Officer where organization is registered.
  2. The District Officer in Delhi state is the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Collector of the district in Delhi state where organization is registered. The due date for the Calendar Year 2025 is 31st Jan 2026
  3. Rule 14 of POSH Rules 2013 prescribe items to be reported in Annual Report.

Rule 14. Preparation of annual report- The annual report which the Complaints Committee shall prepare under Section 21, shall have the following details:-

(a) number of complaints of sexual harassment received in the year;

(b) number of complaints disposed off during the year;

(c) number of cases pending for more than ninety days;

(d) number of workshops or awareness programme against sexual harassment carried out; (e) nature of action taken by the employer or District Officer;

Please prepare your own template based on above although there are template/form available on the web which you can refer for guidance.
