We note that FCRA registered or prior permission approved persons are violating various key provisions of the FCRA and FCRR which entail hefty penalty. We are presenting in below document violations and penalties thereof (please see explanation of each violation provided in brackets) so that FCRA registered entities may take note and comply within time.
