if my salary is rs.32500/- what is my epf amount

If your Wages (not salary) is Rs.32500 as per organisation comp structure, the contribution will be as follows:

Employee (your) share Rs.32500x12%=3900

Employer share: Rs.32500x12%=3900

The EDLI premium and EPF admin charges will additionally be borne by employer.

If organization opts for EPF contribution on EPF threshold wages i.e. Rs.25k from 17th Sep 2026, then employee and employer contribution will be Rs.3000 each.
